Warranty

  • Concrete workmanship is warranted for two years
  • Cracks exceeding 3/16 of an inch will be repaired. Shrinkage and hairline cracks may occur
  • Deterioration of concrete caused by using salt or other de-icing chemicals causes the concrete to peel and will not be covered under the warranty
  • Snow removal by heavy machinery will be at the owners risk
  • Commercial vehicle traffic is not recommended in driveways
  • Color variations may occur either lighter or darker than they appear on the chart
  • M&F Concrete is not responsible for any settlement in concrete due to underground utilities and non compacted soil
  • Surface blemishes from aggregate pops may occur
